Home watch shouldn't run on a camera roll

A leak becomes a week of calls

Something's wrong at a house and you're finding a contractor, getting a price and chasing the owner's yes.

Reports written at night

Photos on your phone, notes on paper, and an evening spent turning them into a report.

“Did you check the pool?”

Clients text to ask what was done, because they can't see it.

Invoices chased by hand

Every month, the same reminders to the same clients.

Everything a visit needs, in one place

01

Findings become repairs

Flag what you found and send it to the owner to approve. A checked, licensed pro does the work, and it all stays under your name.

  • The owner approves in your portal
  • Under the limit they set, you approve for them
  • Licensed, insured pros

Check the house on your phone

Each house has its own checklist. Tick it as you walk the house, and a photo lands on the line it belongs to.

  • Your checklist, per house
  • Photos on the item they show
  • Proof of visit: who, when, and at the house

The report sends itself

Tod drafts the summary from your checklist. Read it, share it, and your client has the report with every photo before you're back in the truck.

  • Tod drafts the summary; you check it
  • Findings called out, with their photos
  • Sent the same day, kept on the house

Questions

Do my clients need to download anything?
No. They get reports by email or text and open their portal from a link.
Can I use my own checklist?
Yes. We load your checklist during setup, and each house can have its own.
I already keep my clients in a spreadsheet or another tool.
Send it to us. We move your clients and houses over as part of setup.
Does the business number cost extra?
No. A local business number is included, with fair use.
Who does the repairs?
Licensed, insured pros whose license we read from the state registry and whose insurance we check before they're offered a job.
Will you take my clients or mark up repairs?
No. Your clients only ever see your name. You choose whether a client pays the pro directly or you bill them at your own price; the pro pays our fee, not you.
Who owns my client list?
You do. Your clients see your name, and we never sell their details.
